DBK Special Parts wet clutch case cover with a clear clutch cover known as the Oil Bath or Oil Aquarium. This is a very unique item that is made in Italy by DBK Special Parts. CNC machined from a single block of aluminum and then anodized.

The leading edge of this high-quality outer cover will protect the special clear cover from breaking in the event of a fall.

This kit includes all the hardware needed and no modifications are required to install. This kit makes for easier clutch plate changes. By far one of the coolest accessories available for your motorcycle. Easy to install. No modifications are required.

  • The instructions are a little sparse. I had some questions and DBK was very quick to answer and surprisingly helpful. They ended up adding one of the pictures I sent them to the instructions, which are updated on their website, but not here.

    I do think DBK should modify the design of the piece, as it no longer utilizes the shift rod return spring to help ensure the shift rod fully disengages. As DBK designed it, they are totally relying on the clutch plate springs; this does work, but doesn't match the OEM design, which is why I subtracted one star.

    I've done over 1,000mi since installing it and haven't had any issues. This piece does look good on the Silver 1200RS with the gold pressure plate and gold face plate ring; I went with the silver clutch springs retainer.
