The Alpinestars TechAir 7x airbag system is a revolution in motorcycle protection both on and off the pavement. The TechAir 7x and TechAir Off-Road systems allow the end user to recharge their own airbag system at home, track-side, or trail-side.
This inflator kit contains 2 canisters of argon gas to fully recharge the TechAir airbag system one time. This kit is compatible with the TechAir 7x and TechAir Off-Road systems only.
The Alpinestars TechAir systems allow for 4 deployments before the airbag system needs to be sent to Alpinestars to be serviced by their technicians.

Can I fly with the TechAir inflator kit?

We have added the required Safety Data Sheet to the product page for you to download at the top of the Description section of this page.
When checking your baggage, simply make the gate agent aware that you have the Tech-Air system on your luggage. They will likely ask for a brief explanation of the equipment and you can tell them that it is a safety device that you use while on track. Then present the Safety Data Sheet. The gate agent will likely direct you to the appropriate TSA Agent to complete your bag check process.
