Note: Due to variations in concrete floor sealant types and climates, we suggest you do not keep this mat in the same position for extended periods of time, or in locations with high heat levels. As with any rubber-backed surface, there can be chemical bond reactions with concrete and certain types of sealants. If you are using these mats outside of a single track day event, we suggest you rotate the mat placement regularly to avoid sticking to the floor surface. Long term storage in the same spot, can result in damage to the rubber bottom, or leave residue stain on the concrete. If you intend to use this track mat for a permanent location, we recommend you place some sort of liner or cardboard underneath it.
