The cockpit gauge cover in carbon is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts.
Like all Ilmberger carbon fiber parts, this is manufactured according to the latest protocols and best industry standards. Made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber materials using an autoclave. Special coating protects the best carbon fiber from light scratches and has a unique UV resistance.

Nate SI HAD to buy this because I broke the damn stock piece when I pulled it off to remove the turn signals. The stock piece is super flimsy, so go ahead and upgrade to this one next time you have your screen off.
