Note: Gold Gel thickness is 1cm, so always ensure you have enough foam to install the insert.
*TIP - Use a sewing needle and permanent marker. Mark a dot on the metal stem of the needle, 1cm away from the tip. Poke each section of the seat foam, especially where you believe it is thin. The mark should be able to touch the foam before hitting the plastic pan underneath. If the mark does not reach the foam and you hit the plastic pan first, Gold gel is not recommended to be installed in that area.
