There built well and will protect your bike, went down on my bike doing about 20mph into sand off the road and the bike was mainly saved by these, on the flip side the bolt bent and when it came time to put a crash cage on it made it very hard to pull the bolt out on top of the fact it also stripped some threads, be weary in knowing if you crash with these it might be hard getting them out after.

Sliders are easy to install. I had to wait about a week for them to ship out, but atleast I got an email right away letting me know it was going to take that long.
