will this slip on fit with the stock headers? What aftermarket headers will this slip on work with?

This slip on will mount to the OEM headers on your Multistrada. I do not know of any aftermarket headers that will work with this for sure. As long as the Aftermarket headers work with the stock slip on they should work with the SC-Project one. You might see if Akrapovic offers any that are designated as "Optional". Sometimes those work with them.
