The Rizoma “OUTSIDE” License Plate Support kit replaces the OEM tail tidy by combining different materials and processes, streamlines and enhances the rear of the Bike making your Scrambler unique.

The Rizoma fender eliminator kit includes: license plate support (both USA and Euro sized plate holder), license plate support light, turn light supports, reflector kit, and allows for horizontal adjustment.

Note: Not designed to mount OEM style turn signals.

Hi does it have a spring-loaded mechanism like the harley types so that it can be folded flat against the bike when not riding?

This kit has some Horizontal adjustment that you can fold the license plate in with but it is not spring loaded.
