The Exhaust Heat Guard in carbon is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts.
Like all Ilmberger carbon fiber parts, this is manufactured according to the latest protocols and best industry standards. Made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber materials using an autoclave. Special coating protects the best carbon fiber from light scratches and has a unique UV resistance.

does this part fit the Ducati V4R with removal of stock exhaust and installation of the Akrapovic full exhaust system
Mar 4, 2020, 05:45:58 PMThis is only designed to fit the OEM headers. You can do a slip on and this will fit but if you do a full system then It will not.
